Who we are?

We Rent For You (WERFY) is a real estate management company based in Montreal, Quebec. We offer turn-key, personalized, and efficient services for short-term and long-term rentals of condos, houses, multiplexes, hotels, and apartment buildings. Our goal is to bridge the gap between owners and renters by offering win-win situations for all involved.

In 2014, we had only a single building to rent, located on St. Laurent Boulevard in downtown Montreal. Through experimentation and hard work, we learned everything there was to know about optimizing the processes needed to create rentals that made everyone happy on both ends. Customers were delighted, leaving us rave reviews. Our operational excellence also led to new owners wanting to rent their properties through us. As a result, we found continuous growth.

We now have a treasure trove of resources to manage the renting process from start to end and make it as seamless as possible for owners and renters alike. And we do all of this because we care. That’s why our community of customers continues to grow. Because with WERFY, everyone wins.
