WERFY, a property management firm, is looking for a dynamic and organized Sales Coordinator to coordinate sales activities and optimize the performance of the sales team. This key role is critical to the smooth running of sales operations and the achievement of the company’s objectives in the real estate sector.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordination and administration of sales activities:
  • Plan, track and manage day-to-day sales operations related to leasing and property management.
  • Support to the sales team:
  • Provide administrative and operational support to members of the sales team, especially in the context of real estate transactions.
  • Performance Tracking:
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to sales and property management and produce regular reports in order to evaluate results.
  • Sales Tool Management:
  • Ensure the effective use of sales tracking tools, CRMs and customer databases in connection with property management.
  • Training and integration:
  • Participate in the onboarding and training of new members of the sales team.

Profile sought:

  • Excellent organizational and priority management skills ;
  • Team player and ability to work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments ;
  • Ability to analyze data and produce relevant reports to evaluate sales and management performance ;
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and project management software ;
  • Previous experience in sales coordination, sales administration or any related position in the real estate sector (an asset).

 

Required qualifications:

  • Bilingualism, written and oral (French and English) ;
  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft products and the Outlook suite ;
  • Previous experience in rental management (an asset) ;
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in administration ;
  • Excellent communication skills ;
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and project management software ;
  • Education required: Bachelor’s degree in Administration, DEP in Secretarial or Accounting;
  • Canadian resident or valid work permit (required).

Job Type: Full-time

Location: WERFY Head Office, Montreal

Schedule: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. from Monday to Friday

Expected start date: January 13, 2025

Compensation: Between $48,000 and $53,000 depending on experience.
