Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, content creation, SEO, and social media management. As a Digital Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to enhance our online presence, engage our target audience, and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities: 

  •  Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to promote our properties and services.
  •  Manage and optimize the company’s social media channels, creating engaging content and increasing follower engagement.
  •  Monitor and analyze website performance metrics, including traffic, engagement, and conversion rates, to identify optimization opportunities.
  •  Use analytics tools to generate reports and provide insights on digital marketing performance.
  •  Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to improve organic search rankings and drive website traffic.
  •  Work closely with the property management team to ensure marketing efforts align with business goals and property promotions.
  •  Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.

Requirements And Qualifications: 

  •  Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
  •  3+ years of experience in digital marketing, content creation, and SEO strategies.
  •  Proven experience in driving growth and engagement through digital marketing initiatives.
  •  Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.
  •  Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and analytics tools.
  •  Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  •  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  •  Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  •  Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
  •  Knowledge of the property management industry is a plus.
